Our design team can handle your custom graphics to match your business and product needs, or your team can provide properly sized graphics. We require art files to be sent in both .AI and PDF formats

> Silk screen
This method requires a bigger and bolder design, due to the nature of how the ink transfers through the fine mesh of the silk screen when applying manually by hand. One of the benefits of this method is that it offers quick turnaround from design to finished product. There are print limitations on the length and print height, by size of stick. Cost per stick varies by the number of colours wanted and by volume.

> Flatbed heat transfer decals 
Can be made with very fine details and design elements, thus higher resolution than silk screen. Can be made with up to 24” of foils or chrome design, and graphics can be made longer than regular silk screened art, though can only be applied on the three flat surfaces of the shaft or flat surface of the blade area

> Three-sided wraps
Can be made with very fine details and design elements, similar to heat transfers. Can be made with up to 24” of foils or chrome design, and graphics can be made longer than heat transfer art as they can cover the full length of the shaft and graphics wrap around the corner radius
